The thing that always surprises our guests, here at Agriturismo a Ragusa Tenuta Carbonara, is the unexpected nice feeling of being at home. Here everything is simply true, sincere, generous. The green fields, the white limestone rocks, the extraordinary taste of the typical sicilian products of the restaurant of the farmhouse. Here the dishes do really taste as they did once upon a time, when all ingredients qwere organic and recepies were home made!
The style of the farm is not elegant, but actually elegance is not the value we work for. This is a rustic place where we invite you to come and enjoy the fresh air, the healthy and tasty Sicilian food and the pleasure of walking or riding bikes or horses all around our property.
Tenuta Carbonara is also an ORGANIC farm producing an extraordinary extravirgin olive oil, a very good wheat, milk, olives, almonds and typical Sicilian cheeses.
Here we spent our childhood and here we want to invite you to come and spend your holidays in Sicily.
